Career at Sea
IQrew Management's core activity is the employment of merchant fleet seafarers.
We work with all types of cargo vessels of any tonnage: tankers, container ships, bulk carriers, dry cargo vessels, RO-RO, and more.
Contract duration depends on the position and vessel specifics, with salary levels and working conditions always maintained at a high standard.
Requirements for employment:
- Maritime documents compliant with STCW 78/95 Convention;
- Experience working on merchant fleet vessels;
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Offshore Fleet
Offshore fleet offers short-term
(from 2 weeks to 2 months) contracts with high pay level.

Shipowners seek highly qualified specialists with experience on specific vessel types: FSO, FPSO, Supply Vessels, AHTS, cable layers, pipe layers, and research vessels. If your qualifications are not yet sufficient, we can advise on how to improve them.
Requirements for employment:
- Maritime documents compliant with STCW 78/95 Convention;
- DP operator certificate for vessels with DP systems;
- Experience on offshore fleet vessels;
- English proficiency.
Onshore Career
Experience gained at sea is relevant for onshore positions such as:
Technical Superintendent, Fleet Superintendent, Cargo Supervisor, Quality Manager, Shipyard Supervisor, and more.
Requirements for employment:
- Captain or Chief Engineer license and relevant experience (in some cases, C/O, 2/E, or ETO licenses are accepted);
- Administrative and organizational skills;
- English proficiency at least at Upper Intermediate level.
